WPF: How To Create A "Loading..." ProgressBar

Introduction In the blogs here and here , I described how to create non-rectangular ProgressBars. Essentially, what you do is create a geometric Path that describes the desired shape of the outline of the bar and this is used as the named PART_Track of the ProgressBar ControlTemplate.
