WPF doesn’t have a NumericUpDown control and, to be honest, sometimes in Windows Forms the NUD is a bit clumsy for what you want to use it for.  WPF has a handy control, the RepeatButton, that you can use to help the user increment a counter.  Basically, all they have to do is hold the button down and you can use code-behind to monitor how many repeat clicks they want.
